I actually don't use last.fm, keep meaning to and then defaulting to listening to Pandora or my ipod. Anyway, I like an odd mix of music, veering from very popular hip hop and pop to obscure and indie. My current most played artists are Kanye, Lupe Fiasco (who is my favorite artist of the past few years, even though Kanye West is totally my favorite fandom), The Antlers, Christina Perri, Robyn, Mindy Gledhil, Rhianna, Those Dancing Days, Paul Simon, Marina and the Diamonds and Fight Like Apes.
